It's worth trying. It's a basic search engine powered by google but you win prizes, talked to a guy who just won so it's worth trying.

Invisible Children

I just have to make this post. I have heard about this in the past, but I found something today I'm going to need to watch.

There's an awareness group that fights for the rights of children in Uganda. A local group of thugs kidnaps children, brainwashes them and forces them to fight in a civil war. This doesn't include beating, raping and abusing the children.
You can find out more about the Invisible Children and the situation in Uganda by checking here:
http://www.invisiblechildren.com/

They sell a video that shows what is going on in Uganda, and they do public screenings of the movie as well.

Maybe some of you can take this and run with it. If nothing more you can offer up a prayer for these children.

March 3rd Update

Just wanted to give everyone an update on a couple of changes in our lives. We are still church hunting. We are down to three churches (of course, another could always come onto the map), and we are going to spend 3 weeks at each one and then come to a decision. It goes without saying that we are praying about it, and you can pray for us also. I've come to realize we aren't going to find a church that both of us can't find at least one fault with. We are working on that and making progress.

Big announcement number 2 is that Jason (now I'm going to revert to the george costanza talk)is coaching soccer. Jason is coaching a U-12 boys team, which means the boys are 11 or 12 years old and still learning. Jason really enjoys it. The first game is this Saturday so hopefully we can report back with a win.

Now back to first person (I'm no Ginny M. or Jolene C. so I hope that is right), with the 3rd and final topic of today's update. Last week I left my beloved friends and partners at Simply Design Group. With the distance between us and current situation, I made the decision to start my own firm. Very tough decision that required much prayer. I have started "The Crider Group" and have already finished my first client. Hopefully this will pay off some of our debt and free us up to go wherever God calls us.
